“I joined Vision Fitness 8 months ago , I was a bit wary as I was older and had a knee replacement but from the moment I spoke to Trish she reassured me I would be able and that she would adjust any excercise that I found difficult . The difference it has made to me is amazing I am doing all excercises some adjusted , have more energy and feel a lot fitter . I have never felt not part of the class . Trish is great and encouraging and pushing you on . The classes are hard but great fun and a great sense of achievement after. I would recommend anyone who is looking to get fitter and healthier to join vision especially if you are older as all needs are met.”

I joined Trish last August and lost a stone weight before going on holiday on 8th Sept. My goal when joining was to improve muscle tone and overall fitness to counteract inactivity from working from home. The workout sessions have worked wonders in achieving this and when accompanied with the nutrition advice provided by Trish I have also achieved significant weight loss. The program helps you make healthy adjustments which you can take forward at your own pace and I did not find it restrictive or difficult, by any means. I am delighted with the results in my first 6 weeks of the program and will certainly be sticking with Trish and the rest of the group at vision fitness.

I attend the 6.15am classes and thats saying something! The atmosphere is really supportive & comfortable and trish & the team really gets the most from all the members from a strength and nutrition perspective. There is an excellent variety in the classes to maintain motivation and to challenge yourself. I don’t want the focus on numbers on the scale it was never that for me… for me it was keeping up with my kids my energy levels and been able to fit it into my lifestyle

I’m attending Vision Fitness for 4 months. I’m down 2 dress sizes and a stone in weight. Trish and Jen are the most encouraging, supportive instructors I know. They tailor the exercises to everyone’s capabilities and push you when they know you can. They get the best out of you in every class. There’s an amazing community spirit within the classes and all the women are so friendly. These classes are the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and I would highly recommend Vision Fitness.
